2. Automated System Modifications (FTC Disclosure)

• Automation Notice: RigAudit utilizes proprietary AI and logic to perform automated adjustments to your system's performance settings.
• AI Disclosure: RigAudit utilizes proprietary AI and Automated Decision-Making (ADM) logic for performance tuning. Users are explicitly notified of this.
• User Control: You may disable or manually override any automated system changes in the software settings at any time.
• Liability Waiver: RigVaults LLC is not liable for hardware instability, thermal fatigue, or software-level game bans resulting from automated performance adjustments.

3. Hardware Telemetry & Research Library

• Data Snapshots: RigAudit captures anonymized snapshots of hardware configuration, thermal performance, and stability metrics.
• Future Sharing: Anonymized, aggregated performance metrics may be shared with hardware manufacturers and R&D partners.
• Privacy Guard: We do not share PII with any third-party hardware partners.

4. Data Privacy & Consumer Rights (TIPA 2026)

• Anonymization: All telemetry data is unlinked from your user account and processed using unique UUID identifiers.
• Right to Delete: You may request the deletion of your account and associated hardware data via your RigVaults.com dashboard.
• Right to Opt-Out: Standalone users may opt-out of data sharing by disabling the "Research Participation" toggle in application settings.

5. Payment Processing

All financial transactions are handled exclusively via Stripe. RigVaults LLC does not store or process your credit card information or billing address on our local server infrastructure.

6. AI Chatbot Disclosure (FTC)

The RigVaults support chatbot is an AI system and identifies itself as such to all users at all times, in compliance with FTC requirements for AI disclosure.
