2. Data Collection — The Hardware Snapshot

• Telemetry: We capture real-time performance metrics including thermal deltas, power spikes, and frame-time consistency.
• De-Identification: All hardware metrics are assigned a unique UUID. System performance data remains unlinked from personal identity.
• PII Separation: User identity (email, billing) is stored in a separate database layer from hardware telemetry. Never combined.

3. B2B Industry Research & Sharing

• Aggregated Metrics: RigVaults LLC reserves the right to share anonymized, aggregated hardware action metrics with R&D partners and manufacturers.
• Anonymity Guarantee: We do not sell or share your name, email, billing address, or any PII with third-party partners.
• Purpose: Allows manufacturers to identify real-world hardware failures and improve future component design.

4. Tennessee Consumer Rights (TIPA)

• Right to Delete: Request permanent deletion of your Vault and all hardware snapshots via account settings. Game Server join identifiers associated with your account are deleted with the account except where retention is required for an active ban or Theft Registry matter, as described in Section 5.
• Right to Opt-Out: Use RigAudit for local fixes without contributing data to the Global Research Library.

5. Game Server Join Identifiers

When you use Play or otherwise connect to a RigVaults Game Server, RigVaults collects join identifiers separate from RigAudit optimization telemetry and the Global Hardware Library described in Sections 2 and 3. Join identifiers may include hardware identifiers for the machine used to connect, association with your account, subscription tier at the time of join, and whitelist or admission state for the map allocated to that tier.

These identifiers are used to admit you to the correct map, to prevent ban evasion and unauthorized map access, and to cross-reference the Theft Registry, as described in the Game Server Hosting Policy. They are not sold. They are not included in the anonymized, aggregated research sharing described in Section 3.

Join identifiers are retained while your account is active and for as long as needed to administer an active ban or Theft Registry matter. Account deletion removes join identifiers except where retention is required for such an enforcement or theft case.

6. Corporate Compliance

RigVaults LLC is a verified Tennessee entity. You may verify our corporate standing via the Tennessee Secretary of State Business Entity Search using Control #002108441.

7. Payment Processing

All financial transactions are handled exclusively via Stripe. RigVaults LLC does not store or process credit card information on local server infrastructure.
