2. RigAudit Diagnostics & Automated Optimization (ADM Disclosure)

• Authorization: Users who enable Elite Tier monitoring grant RigVaults LLC explicit permission to execute automated background system optimizations.
• Game Optimization Engine: Hardline tier users grant permission for the persistent background feature to automatically adjust game settings and computer performance settings in real time based on the active application.
• Liability Waiver: RigVaults LLC is not liable for hardware instability, thermal fatigue, or software-level game bans resulting from automated performance adjustments.
• AI Disclosure: RigAudit utilizes proprietary AI and Automated Decision-Making (ADM) logic for performance tuning. Users are explicitly notified of this.
• Intellectual Property: RigAudit diagnostic logic, shot-registration protocols, Governor Protocols, and the Server Monument design are exclusive intellectual property of RigVaults LLC.

3. Theft Registry & SCRAM Bot

• Reporting Protocol: To flag hardware as Stolen, users must upload a valid police report or verified proof of ownership.
• SCRAM (Serial Check & Registry Automated Monitor): Automated bot scans public marketplace identifiers for matching hardware.
• Notification Only: RigVaults LLC acts as a notification service only and does not perform hardware recovery or law enforcement functions.
• Hard-Lock: Banning hardware from game servers requires a verified police report on file. Subject to manual review by the RigVaults LLC principal.
• Game Server Enforcement: Game servers may auto-kick players whose hardware IDs match the Theft Registry.

4. AI Chatbot & Synthetic Agent Disclosure

• AI Identification: The RigVaults support chatbot is an AI system and will identify itself as such to all users per FTC requirements.
• Agent Operations: RigVaults LLC deploys autonomous AI agents for internal business operations including legal monitoring, financial oversight, and security enforcement.
• Human-in-the-Loop: Any Hard-Lock or consequential automated decision is subject to manual review by the RigVaults LLC principal.

5. Community & User-Generated Content

• Section 230 Notice: RigVaults LLC is not the publisher or speaker of user-generated content posted by platform users.
• Moderation: RigVaults LLC reserves the right to remove content that violates Community Guidelines.
• User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for content they post, share, or communicate on the platform.

6. P2P Marketplace & Transfer of Ownership

• Transactional Role: The RigVaults Marketplace is a peer-to-peer listing service. RigVaults LLC is not a party to financial transactions between users.
• Transfer Protocol: Upon sale, seller initiates Transfer of Ownership. Platform scrubs seller PII and migrates hardware DNA to buyer's vault.
• Chain of Custody: Transferred data represents a historical record of performance snapshots as captured by RigAudit.

7. Game Server Access & Tier Priority

• Server access is determined by subscription tier. Hardline members hold reserved slots. Lower tiers are subject to queue priority.
• RigVaults LLC reserves the right to modify server access rules at any time.
• Game bans are enforced per Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Subscription Tiers & Billing

• All subscriptions are processed via Stripe. RigVaults LLC does not store payment information locally.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
• Refunds are at the discretion of RigVaults LLC.

9. Intellectual Property

• All RigVaults platform code, RigAudit diagnostic logic, brand names, logos, and proprietary methodologies are the exclusive intellectual property of RigVaults LLC.
• Trademarks: RigVaults™, RigAudit™, SCRAM™, Rig Passport™, Active Governor Protocol™, AI Leak Index™ — all pending or registered.

10. Limitation of Liability

RigVaults LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any legal proceedings shall be held exclusively in the courts of Knox County, Tennessee.
